Non-Tracked Orders
How does the non-tracked order system work beyond just entering them into the system? Do the merchants go in and answer? Is there a point in time that if the merchant has not responded they get reviewed by ShareASale or escalated in some way?
Once you post the order information in a Non Tracked Affiliate Reporting Tool, system will cross check internally and see if that order exist. If that order exist, you will be informed and if not then that inquiry will be sent to ShareASale support team. ShareASale support team will get in touch with that merchant and work to solve that issue.
ShareASale support team works really hard to get in touch with merchant with this type of issues. If that merchant fails to reply them, they keep following up with that merchant. I think they wont escalate the merchant for a 1 or 2 complaints. But if there are regular complaints from the different publishers, then they may escalate or terminate the merchant’s account.
